We have always been told by the medical industry that there is a pill for everything. We’ve also been told by the diet industry that good health only comes from deprivation of ‘bad’ foods & regular back-breaking workouts…


But what these two industries have missed is that our most important influencers of health – diet & lifestyle – can and should be fun, delicious & fulfilling parts of our daily lives!

Getting Excited About Health

Eating nourishing foods and incorporating movement & physical activity into our daily lives is such a crucially important part of creating optimal health… but I understand that clients are unlikely to maintain long-term change through repetitive workout routines and boring meals – because they aren’t bringing any joy into their lives!


...they are simply creating more chores to add to the list.


I also know that the most long-lasting and successful diet & lifestyle changes are the ones that make you jump out of bed in the morning, excited to start making that delicious breakfast, to get to that exhilarating group exercise class at the gym, or to meet up with that friend for a morning walk!

Hi, my name is Jessie Doyle and I am a bachelor qualified Naturopath from Melbourne, Australia. As a Naturopath, I believe that we all have the innate ability to heal when our body is given the right tools - in the form of good nutrition, physical movement, and living within environments which support our health. My role as a Naturopath is to help facilitate change for better health using a variety of modalities including herbal medicine & nutritional therapy, but I also place significant importance on client education & ownership of their health plan, in order to promote long-lasting healthy change.
